📢 Announcement to All Participants!

      1. Competition Registration
        Please complete the registration form only through the form provided by the organizer.

⚠️ Do not register via the official competition website at this time, as the system is not yet officially active. Doing so may cause data discrepancies and affect your eligibility to participate according to the rules.

      1. Additional Requirement
        All participants are required to make a donation to receive the official annual event T-shirt, which serves as part of the confirmation of participation.

      2. All participating teams must be able to collect their certificates in person at the Space Challenge Asia 2025 event at Zeer Rangsit shopping center between 4:00 PM on November 9, 2025, or as scheduled on LINE Openchat. Please follow the news closely. The organizer reserves the right to accept any documents by mail or electronically, as identity verification and interviews with project operators are required as evidence and to prevent any loss, damage, or forgery.

Participants from around the world are welcome, regardless of background or experience, to think, explore, learn, and create together. Each year, the Space Apps Challenge continues to support and promote ideas through innovation.

Join in developing applications on computers, mobile devices, VR, and various hardware to solve challenges defined by NASA within a 48-hour timeframe.

Note: The Royal Trophy will only be awarded to participants who achieve scores that meet the established standards.

    Enable the AI system to automatically answer and converse with customers.
    👉 This means when customers call, no human staff is needed—the AI answers, responds to questions, and takes actions on their behalf.

    Respond in Thai and within less than 2 seconds after the customer finishes speaking
    👉 To ensure smooth, seamless conversations that feel as natural as talking to a real person.

  3. Data Logging
    Accurately record and store all conversation data.
    👉 Whether text, audio, or key details, all information must be fully captured for later review or analysis.

  4. Code Submission
    Deliver complete, production-ready source code.
    👉 Teams must submit a fully working program with a clear structure that can be deployed or extended immediately.

Rules for participating in the competition

Competition Guidelines and OpenChat Rules

This competition is organized solely by the team and judges without financial support from external government or private agencies, except for assistance in publicity. All organizers dedicate their personal time and holidays to provide valuable opportunities for Thai youth. We kindly ask for your understanding and support. We apologize if certain standards may not fully meet expectations. Please contact the organizing team with courtesy and respect, acknowledging their sacrifices and community spirit. Avoid creating any problems, respect group rules, maintain proper manners, and strictly follow the regulations below:

  1. If you are unable to collect your certificate in person, your participation will not be approved under any circumstances. Certificates can only be collected at the event.

  2. Do not post complaints, negative issues, or personal matters in the common group chat, nor share any content that may damage the competition’s reputation. For such concerns, please contact the official organizer via the LINE OA channel only (LINE ID: @droneth). Any violations will result in immediate removal without prior notice.

  3. Respect and honor the organizers and judges. Do not create negativity or damage the positive atmosphere of the competition or the community.

  4. All participants and guardians must carefully study the competition details at Please avoid asking repetitive questions without reviewing the provided information first.

  5. Any applicant will not be confirmed as a participant if they have a history of inappropriate behavior, such as using offensive language, showing aggression, or disrespecting organizers or judges.

  6. The decisions of the judges and the organizing committee are final and cannot be contested.

  7. Any misconduct such as copying work without proper citation of code or materials used in the project will lead to immediate disqualification.

  8. Any disrespectful language or behavior toward the organizers or judges will result in immediate disqualification.

  9. Disqualified participants will not be eligible to receive any certificate from the organizers or NASA. If you wish to request reconsideration, please contact the organizing team politely.

  10. Do not promote any activities not related to the competition without prior authorization.

  11. If any member of a team violates the above rules, the entire team will be disqualified.

During October – December after NASA Space App of each year

All participants are required to make a donation in order to receive the official annual event T-shirt, which is considered part of the confirmation of participation.

Teams can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members.

The competition will be held Online on October 4-5, 2025.

One team with the highest score that also meets the 90% or higher scoring criteria. All participating teams from both Thailand and Singapore will be considered. In case of tied scores, the judges’ decision is final and at their discretion.

The organizers will announce the results on the website within 1-2 weeks.

After the registration closes, the organizing team will contact you and provide the ZOOM link to join the competition 1-2 days before the event.

You must fill out the form for each team member to create your team.
